Legal Information
Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Cookie Policy for clients and visitors. These documents govern how we handle your data and the terms under which we provide our services.
Who We Are
Kellermann Catering Limited is a professional catering company registered in the United Kingdom. Our contact address for data matters is support@kellermanncatering.com.
What Data We Collect
We collect personal data you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and event details submitted via our enquiry form. We do not collect sensitive personal data unless you volunteer it in relation to dietary requirements.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a catering proposal, and manage your booking. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except where required to deliver your event (e.g. venue liaisons, dietary suppliers).
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where a contract is in place, to fulfil our contractual obligations. Where we send marketing communications, we rely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Privacy Policy
Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months after last contact. Booking and contractual records are retained for 7 years in accordance with UK financial record-keeping requirements. Data is then securely deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@kellermanncatering.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services for analytics and form processing. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are contractually required to handle your data in compliance with UK GDPR. We do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last revision. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Scope and Application
These Terms and Conditions govern all catering services provided by Kellermann Catering Limited to clients in the United Kingdom. By engaging our services or signing a booking confirmation, you agree to these terms in full.
Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form and the required deposit. Provisional reservations are held for 7 days; if no deposit is received within this period, the date may be released without notice.
Deposits and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated event value is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date. For bookings confirmed within 14 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment by BACS bank transfer and major debit and credit cards. All invoices are issued in GBP. Cheques are not accepted. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Guest Numbers and Menu Changes
Final guest numbers and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 10 working days before the event. We accommodate reasonable adjustments up to this deadline. Reductions in guest numbers after this date do not reduce the invoice value unless agreed in writing.
Terms & Conditions
Dietary Requirements
All dietary requirements, allergen information, and food intolerances must be submitted in writing at least 10 working days before the event. Kellermann Catering Limited takes all reasonable steps to accommodate these requirements, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges apply: more than 60 days before the event — deposit only; 30–60 days — 50% of total invoice; 14–29 days — 75% of total invoice; fewer than 14 days — 100% of total invoice.
Cancellation by Kellermann
In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, severe weather, venue access failure), we will provide a full refund of all payments made. Our liability is limited to the refund of monies paid and does not extend to consequential losses.
Liability
Kellermann Catering Limited holds full public liability insurance. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of enjoyment, or third-party venue damage caused by other parties.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
